Mark NeJame was born in Orlando, Florida, in 1955. In 1976 he received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1980. He is admitted to the bar the same year (Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida), to the Florida Supreme Court in 1984, and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit in 1991. Mark NeJame has practiced criminal defense law in the U.S. District Court - Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court - Northern District of Florida, District Courts in Georgia, N. Carolina, New York, Texas, and Michigan.

Mark’s has devoted his whole attorney career to the criminal defense practice. His reputation has been achieved over 25 years representing clients with tough cases.

Mark has been a lecturer at the Florida Police Chief's Association, the Orange County Sheriff's Department Drug Unit, and the Federal Sentencing Guideline Seminar. 

Mark NeJame is a member of the Orange County Bar Association - the Judicial Relations Committee, 1992; The Florida Bar - Criminal Law Section and the Forfeiture Committee, 1994; The Central Florida Criminal Defense Attorneys Association - Board of Directors 1992-98, Vice President 1994-95, and President 1996-97; The Academy of Trial Lawyers Association; The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mark was appointed Vice-President 1994-1995 and President 1996-1997 by the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mark is also listed in the National Register of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
